    • Obituary from the Orlando Sentinel on Nov. 13, 2006:

      CRABTREE, MRS. MILDRED BYRD, age 89, of Orlando passed away Friday November 10, 2006. Visitation services will be held Monday November 13 from 4-7PM at First Baptist Church of Pine Castle 1001 Hoffner Avenue. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday November 10 at 11AM at First Baptist Church of Pine Castle with Pastor Wm. Burkhalter officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Crabtree was bom January 1, 1917 in New Brockton, Alabama and moved to Orlando in 1968 from Homestead, FL. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pine Castle. She taught Sunday School for 25 years, was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for 18 years, and was a member of Campers on Missions Organization for 15 years. Mildred is survived by her husband of almost 70 years, Horace "Jack" Crabtree; daughters, Jacquelyn Evans and husband Jerry of Mobile, AL; Judi Flannery of Silver City, NM; Debra Fain and husband Richard of Middleburg, FL; Barbara Aubrey and husband Rusty of Homestead, FL; brothers, Elmer and John Byrd both of Valdosta, GA; sister, Mary Hinson of Geneva, AL; nine Grandchildren 13.5 Great Grandchildren. Services entrusted to DOVE FUNERAL
